We only collect what we need to give you an estimate and do the work:

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address, service address or city.
• Project details — the service you need, photos of your enclosure or lanai that you choose to upload, square footage, preferred appointment times, and any notes or messages you send us.
• Chat messages you send to our website assistant.
• Basic technical data — pages viewed, device type, referring website, and advertising parameters (for example a Facebook or Google click identifier) so we know which ad or search brought you to us.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we never ask for payment card numbers or Social Security numbers on this website.

• To produce your instant estimate and follow up with a written quote.
• To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request, appointment or job.
• To schedule crews and complete the work you hired us for.
• To ask for a review after a completed job.
• To measure which advertising actually produces customers, so we do not waste money on ads that do not work.

Photos you upload are processed by an automated vision model solely to size the job and produce a price range. They are stored with your estimate record and are not sold or published.

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate, appointment and job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when someone lands on our site and when someone requests an estimate, so Meta can show our ads to more people like you and so we can measure results. If you submit a Facebook Instant Form on one of our ads, Meta passes your submitted contact details to us so we can respond.

You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook ad settings and limit tracking through your browser or device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our own crews and staff, to perform the work.
• Service providers that run this website and our tools (hosting, database, email/SMS delivery, and the AI providers that generate estimates and chat replies), strictly on our behalf.
• Meta, in the ways described above, when you arrive from or submit through one of our ads.
• Anyone we are legally required to share with (for example, in response to lawful process).

We keep estimate and job records for as long as we need them to service the customer relationship and to meet tax, warranty and legal obligations, then delete them.

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link).

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
